Stephanie Tanksley, Owner
Stephanie is from New Jersey but has been spending the better part of a decade living in the Eastern Sierra. She has extensive experience in the restaurant industry and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University. With an eye for detail and hospitality in her bones, Stephanie combines her restaurant expertise with her professional experience in administration, event coordination, management, and quality assurance to create memorable experiences for her clientsÂ
She is a self-taught baker, designer, and cake extraordinaire but also runs the day-to-day operations. Her passion is executing exquisite design while running a smoothly operated business and making sure her customers get the best experience
Aside from the bakery, Stephanie spends her free time enjoying life with her children, spending time in her garden, reading sci-fi fantasy books, and cooking for her family.
